Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry is seeking a General Liability Defense/Coverage Associate with 5 - 10 years of New Jersey state and federal court experience in trucking, premises, construction, and professional liability defense litigation and/or coverage for its Red Bank, New Jersey office.
The ideal candidate must be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey bar, and have demonstrated litigation/coverage experience, including independent case management, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending mediations and case management conferences/court hearings.
The successful candidate must be a well-organized self-starter, with excellent writing and analytical abilities, who can manage tasks and deadlines independently, while keeping key stakeholders informed of case status.
