Denis Farrell is the managing partner of the Connecticut office of Traub Lieberman. He is a seasoned litigator who works closely in building relationships with his clients to craft strategies aligned with their goals and focused on minimizing or neutralizing risk. He regularly litigates a wide variety of general liability and professional liability matters. A significant portion of his practice involves commercial trucking, auto, UM/UIM claims, premises liability claims, and construction litigation, including New York Labor Law. In addition, Denis litigates professional liability claims on behalf of attorneys, accountants, architects/engineers, and real estate professionals. He also has significant experience handling the defense of product liability and employment claims. Denis practices in State and Federal Court in Connecticut and New York, as well as State Court in Massachusetts.
