Evan Carson

Evan Carson is an associate in the firm’s Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. Evan’s practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation, construction law, general liability, and premises liability matters. From case inception to completion, Evan works closely with his clients to cultivate a collaborative dynamic rooted in responsiveness and clear and effective communication. Evan’s experience with contentious high-asset litigation, legal research, and written advocacy enables him to excel at devising and implementing legal strategies to obtain the very best outcomes for his clients.

Evan is a South Florida native and grew up in Palm Beach County. After graduating from Cardinal Newman High School, Evan enlisted in the United States Army and served honorably in the U.S. Army Reserve and Florida Army National Guard. He went on to major in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on history and political science at Florida Atlantic University, graduating in 2019. Evan earned his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University, where he was a merit scholarship recipient, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and worked as a research assistant to a tenured professor and as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law.
