John Aubel

John Aubel is an associate in the New York office. He is a passionate advocate for his clients, who fights for positive outcomes through his effective decision-making, advanced writing skills, and negotiating abilities. John specializes in insurance defense litigation, with particular experience on New York Labor Law, commercial transportation/trucking and automobile matters and construction defect. 

While earning his law degree at New York Law School, John was a member of the Moot Court Association, where he first gained courtroom experience. During this time in law school, John worked for several law firms in various fields of law, including corporate litigation, intellectual property, and labor and employment law.
