Shannon Nelsen is a partner in the firm’s Palm Beach Garden office, where she represents clients in commercial litigation, general liability, and commercial transportation matters. She works with her clients throughout all phases of litigation, from discovery to post-judgment. She also represents clients in connection with general liability matters. Her experience includes matters involving first party property, commercial transportation, third party liability, insurance coverage litigation, and insurance litigation. Shannon strives to be a valued partner to her clients. She works to understand the facts of their situation, listens to the client’s concerns, and offers realistic strategies to seek the best reasonable outcome.
Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Shannon was an associate at a Palm Beach law firm, where she practiced in insurance defense and litigation. She began her legal career at a law firm in Fort Lauderdale, where she gained experience handling business compliance matters. Shannon is a member in the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Young Lawyer Division. She is licensed to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. Shannon earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she graduated cum laude, was on the Dean’s Lists, and served as Associate Editor of the Nova Law Review. She is a graduate of Florida State University where she earned her bachelor of science in finance and real estate, with a minor in political philosophy.
