W. Bradley Burnette is a trial attorney who practices primarily in the firm’s insurance defense area. Bradley began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he tried numerous cases, including first degree and capital felonies. After several years as a prosecutor, Bradley shifted his legal career to civil trial litigation, where he continued to try cases throughout Florida. He has experience in both first party and third party insurance defense, having represented clients in cases involving property damage, automotive accidents, lemon law, premises liability, professional liability, and products liability.
