From August 1-7, Traub Lieberman Partners Brian Bassett, Lauren Curtis, and Michael Kiernan and Chair Emeritus Richard Traub will attend the 85th Annual Meeting of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
The conference program features many informational presentations on key industry topics, including presentations given by Michael Kiernan and Richard Traub. On Wednesday, August 4, Mike and Rich will participate as speakers on the topic “The New Perry Mason: Mastering the (Technical) Art of Virtual Depositions”, discussing the benefits of remote depositions, their likelihood to continue, and tools for mastering the skills to conduct depositions virtually. On Thursday, August 5, Mike will serve as a speaker on “COVID-19 – The End of the Pandemic is Just the Beginning”, exploring the liability and insurance coverage challenges facing the nursing home and long-term care industry.
Traub Lieberman attorneys also have a longstanding history of active membership and leadership within FDCC, including Lauren Curtis, who currently serves on the Board of Directors, and Michael Kiernan, who currently serves as Chair of the FDCC’s Extra Contractual Law Section and Vice Chair of the Trial Tactics Law Section.
