In a matter brought before the Superior Court, Judicial District of Bridgeport, Traub Lieberman Partner Jud Reddington won motion for nonsuit in favor of an insured in an alleged auto accident. The Plaintiff alleged that the Defendant suddenly and without warning pulled in front of the Plaintiff’s vehicle, resulting in injuries and damages. Both the police report and the Defendant’s recitation of the events suggested that the Plaintiff was at fault for the incident.
In the proceedings, the Plaintiff failed to comply with discovery and missed all deadlines for compliances. As a result, the Traub Lieberman team submitted a motion for nonsuit, which the court granted.
