A partner in the firm’s New Jersey office, Aileen has over twenty years of litigation experience. She provides both vigorous advocacy and clear-eyed, realistic evaluations of the risks and opportunities her clients face. Concentrating her practice on professional liability, employment practices liability, premises liability and commercial litigation matters, Aileen obtains efficient and positive resolutions while always keeping her clients fully informed and aware of all developments in the cases they entrust her with.
With a keen eye for detail and a collaborative yet competitive approach, Aileen defends lawyers, insurance agents, architects, engineers, physicians and accountants in professional negligence actions, and represents corporations and municipalities in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts. In insurance coverage matters, Aileen prosecutes and defends declaratory judgment actions and protects her clients’ interests in bad faith litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Aileen practiced labor and employment-related litigation and counseling in both New York and New Jersey.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Aileen earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the Writing and Research Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal.
