Nicole Shapiro is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on insurance defense matters, including first-party property and third-party liability claims. An associate in the firm’s St. Petersburg, Florida office, Nicole brings a tireless work ethic, creative approach, and fierce competitiveness to her insurance defense litigation practice which includes first–party property and third–party liability claims.
Nicole’s clients receive honest counsel, clear and frequent communication, and an accessibility which ensures that their concerns, questions, and issues are addressed quickly yet thoroughly. Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Nicole worked for a well-established Tampa Bay firm where she litigated products liability, premise liability, and personal injury claims.
Nicole earned her law degree from Stetson College of Law after completing her undergraduate degree at Eckerd College, where she was a member of the school’s soccer team. Before attending law school, Nicole served with AmeriCorps where she taught physical education at Academy Prep Center of Tampa, an urban middle school for economically disadvantaged students. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and working out.
