He provides robust defense representation for physicians and healthcare providers, attorneys, and other professionals facing claims of malpractice and malfeasance. Throughout his career, Mark has served as lead counsel in significant cases involving catastrophic losses against the top trial attorneys in Chicago and over 35 states.
Additionally, Mark has represented employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in matters involving employment discrimination, employment contracts, and non-compete and restrictive covenant litigation. Mark also counsels excess carriers and serves as monitoring counsel in high exposure cases. In this capacity, he skillfully advocates for his excess insurer clients in mediations and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Mark’s practice also includes representing insurance companies in nationwide multimillion-dollar commercial disputes involving first-party property losses.
