Brian N. Heffner

A Partner in the firm's Palm Beach Gardens office, Brian is a versatile attorney whose practice areas include professional liability defense, general liability, and commercial litigation. He is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, as well as in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida in Federal Court.

Before joining Traub Lieberman, Brian defended clients against medical and legal malpractice, as well as general liability claims at another Florida litigation firm. Before that, he represented creditors in mortgage foreclosure actions. His diverse background has made Brian an adaptable attorney who seeks to provide the best results for our clients.
