Stephanie is counsel in the firm’s Palm Beach Gardens office. She is a seasoned attorney who has successfully represented clients in the defense of premises liability, product liability, trucking and transportation, employment, and professional liability matters in state and federal court. An effective advocate, Stephanie is analytical, meticulous in preparation, and committed to achieving excellent results for clients. Stephanie is experienced in handling all aspects of a claim, from pre-suit investigation through litigation, trial, and on appeal. She works with clients proactively to establish a strategy for defending the claim, minimizing exposure, and achieving early resolution through mediation or dispositive motions.
Stephanie is a native Floridian who graduated from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida State University. Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Stephanie was a partner at a statewide insurance defense firm, where for over fourteen years, she handled product liability, medical malpractice, trucking and transportation, premises liability and employment matters, obtaining excellent results for her clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, municipalities, and governmental agencies.
Stephanie is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and has been a regular presenter at the Florida Liability Claims Conference on a variety of civil litigation defense topics.
Stephanie enjoys spending her time away from work with her family, attending community events, Gator sports, and traveling.
