Joseph Power

Joseph Power is an associate attorney in the firm's New York office with a focus on insurance defense, construction defect and product liability litigation. Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Joseph worked in Connecticut as a legal aid attorney representing families facing eviction and subsidy terminations. After graduating from Albany Law School, Joseph worked as a legal research clerk for the Connecticut Judicial Branch. As a clerk, Joseph assisted the court with research on a wide range of civil litigation.

Prior to graduating, Joseph interned for a public defender’s office and the New York Appellate Division, Third Department. While attending law school, Joseph participated in supervised practice for the Justice Center at Albany Law School. Joseph has experience in criminal law, housing law, immigration law, appellate practice, and various civil litigation areas.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys basketball, baseball, and spending time with family.
