Celia is a first-generation lawyer who earned her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. While in law school, she was selected to argue at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria, for two consecutive years. During law school, Celia also worked full-time for a post-acute care organization, servicing clients in the healthcare industry, where she assisted clients with compliance matters, contract drafting and review, and corporate closings on various mergers and acquisitions across multiple portfolios.
Prior to joining Traub Lieberman, Celia served as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester and Rockland County where she prosecuted misdemeanors and felony crimes. Celia also worked in the private sector as an Investigations, Audits and Compliance associate, where she represented various healthcare providers on regulatory and transactional matters, with specific experience in long-term care.
Outside of practicing law, Celia enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.
